Stop chasing clients. Stop juggling five tools.
Untangly puts clients, documents, deadlines, signatures and billing in one place, so nothing slips and nobody hunts. We are taking twenty Canadian accounting and tax firms in first: we move your firm over ourselves, you pay nothing until your team is live, and your rate never rises.
When the twentieth seat is claimed, the program closes and the rate goes with it.
Live product, example firm data
This is a working partnership, not a discount code.
Untangly is built by Tareq, who spent years inside firm workflows before writing a line of it. Both sides put something in. Here is exactly what that looks like.
What founding firms get
Beyond everything on the standard plan.
- The founding rate, locked Your price never rises while you remain a customer, no matter what public pricing does.
- A direct line to the founder You message Tareq, not a queue. Product questions get answered by the person who can change the product.
- Roadmap influence A monthly call for the first six months. What founding firms ask for gets built first.
- Migration done with you Front of the queue. We map, you approve, and a person stays on it until your team is live.
What we ask of you
If any of these do not fit, this program is not for you, and that is fine.
- Run real work in it At least one full engagement cycle on Untangly, not a sandbox alongside your current tools.
- Tell us the truth A short feedback call each month. What is slow, what is missing, what you would not pay for.
- Let us learn from your numbers Anonymous usage patterns help us fix the right things. Client data stays yours, always.
- Optionally, be named If the product earns it, permission to quote your results with your firm's name. Entirely opt in.
Free until your team is live.
Then $99, locked for life.
Nothing is charged while we migrate and train your team. Billing starts when you are actually running on Untangly, and the rate never rises after that.
Migration, setup and training happen before your first invoice. You never pay for two systems at once.
Covers your first 3 team members and every module. No feature tiers exist.
Add and remove seats as the team changes. Billing follows headcount.
Clients use the portal free and unlimited, they are not seats. Migration and human support included. No setup fee, no contract. If Untangly is not working for your firm, you leave with your data and we part on good terms.
Live in two weeks.
Founding firms skip the queue and get the founder on the migration personally.
The founding call
Thirty minutes on how your firm runs today. You see the product on your own work, we both decide if the fit is real.
We map, you approve
A written migration plan for clients, contacts and documents. Nothing moves until you sign off on a sample batch.
Data in, templates built
Your clients and documents come across, and recurring engagements start creating themselves with your review gates.
Your team goes live
Training in your sessions, a named contact for the first month, and your seat number on the wall.
That pace holds for firms up to about fifteen people with data in one or two systems. Bigger books, or a move mid season, get a written date after your deadline instead.
Questions firms actually ask.
Is the product finished?
The core is live and firms run daily work in it: projects, clients, documents, eSignature, email, scheduling, time and billing. QuickBooks Online and Xero connections are in development. You are early to the roadmap, not to a beta that loses your data.
When does billing actually start?
When your team goes live, meaning migration is done and training has happened, per the written plan we both approved. Not when you sign up, and not on a calendar date we picked.
What happens to my rate after the program ends?
Nothing. The founding rate is not an introductory rate. It holds for as long as your firm remains a customer, whatever public pricing becomes.
We are mid season. Can we still take a seat?
Yes. We reserve your seat and rate now and schedule the migration for after your deadline, with the date in writing.
How much of my time does the feedback actually take?
One call a month, thirty minutes, for six months. If something is broken you will want to tell us anyway.
Why only twenty firms?
Because the founder is on every migration and every feedback call personally. Twenty is the honest number for doing that well.
Bring a real client and a real deadline.
We set them up live on the founding call, so you judge the product on your own work rather than ours.
