One price for the whole practice.
Not per user. Not per feature tier. $149 a month covers your first 3 people and everything Untangly does. Every seat after that is $49. Pay for the year and those become $99 and $39.
There is no higher tier.
Roles, permissions, the API, white labeling, activity logs. The things most software keeps for its top plan are in the base price here, so nobody at your firm is ever told that the thing they need is one tier up.
The replacement math
Before you weigh the number, add up what it replaces. A typical firm's pile: a project tool, an eSignature subscription, a scheduling link, a time tracker, a portal. Each one per seat, each one per month, each one renewing quietly.
Add yours up honestly. Most firms land somewhere between about the same and meaningfully less, and they land there for one system instead of five, one login instead of five, one bill instead of five.
Pricing questions, answered plainly
What counts as a seat?
Anyone on your team with a login: partners, staff, admin, seasonal preparers. Your clients are not seats. They use the portal free, with no cap.
We are two people. Do we pay for three?
Yes. The base covers the practice rather than the person, up to three seats. It means your bill does not change the month you hire your first admin, or your second.
What if we grow mid year?
Add seats the day you hire. They are prorated to your renewal date, so an annual plan stays on one date and one invoice.
Can we drop seats after busy season?
On monthly, at your next bill. On annual, at renewal. Seasonal preparers are a good reason to keep a few seats monthly alongside an annual core.
Are added seats on annual billed annually?
Yes. A seat added to an annual plan is billed for the remainder of the year at $39 a month, prorated. It renews with everything else.
Is migration extra?
No. Moving your clients, documents and open work across is part of the subscription on both cycles, however many seats you have.
Is there a contract?
Monthly or annual, your choice, cancelled online whenever you want. Annual costs less because it is worth less of our time to bill.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It exports. Clients, documents, notes, time, all of it, whenever you ask. We would rather earn the renewal than block the exit.
